"I have been with State Farm for close to a year. Jose Bañuelos made the transition from previous insurance seamless. My time with my previous insurance was not great. However, my time with Jose and State Farm has been amazing. Jose is always available to answer my questions and assist me when needed. His customer service has been unmatched. He was able to walk me through all the different policies and helped me determine what was best for me. I have had such a great experience that I have recommended my family to switch over to Jose. Four of my relatives have switched over and are loving it! Additionally, it has really benefited me that Jose is bilingual. Some of relatives don’t speak English but he has been able to communicate and set up their policies in Spanish."

"Horrible experience. We had been loyal customers for over a year. Our rates have done nothing but continued to increase several times since then with random weird reasonings that really don’t make any sense they come up with these random excuses and just keep raising our prices. Fishy."
