"We have been with State Farm for a gazillion years and our account manager, Brian, has been absolutely superb! He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and has our well-being in mind. We fluctuate between seven and eight policies (autos, life, house, umbrella) with State Farm and very much like their single billing for all policies. Their app is clear and precise and easy to use for review for any of our needs. Kudos to State Farm and super kudos to Brian!!!"

"RUN! Any other state farm rep would be better. First time I have had to leave an agency due to disrespect. They gave me the run around on an out of state glass claim and after a year of them saying they would take care of me, they finally said there was nothing they could do, I spent 10 minutes on the phone and got it sorted out. (They needed confirmation from Glendale Toyota that my receipt was official???) They gaslight about their agents lack of professionalism, and lie about resolving issues. Service has really gone down hill since Sam took over."

"I have been with State Farm for close to a year. Jose Bañuelos made the transition from previous insurance seamless. My time with my previous insurance was not great. However, my time with Jose and State Farm has been amazing. Jose is always available to answer my questions and assist me when needed. His customer service has been unmatched. He was able to walk me through all the different policies and helped me determine what was best for me. I have had such a great experience that I have recommended my family to switch over to Jose. Four of my relatives have switched over and are loving it! Additionally, it has really benefited me that Jose is bilingual. Some of relatives don’t speak English but he has been able to communicate and set up their policies in Spanish."
